How often do you do preventive maintenance on your folding rig and what does your maintenance consist of?

I have been folding for about three weeks now and am wanting to do some general cleaning and checking of my system. Once I hit the 1 million mark (which should be next week If I am lucky) I plan of taking the system down for a much needed cleaning and general inspection/testing of the components. What items do you inspect when you do your maintenance?

Folding is a way for scientists to research diseases and other health problems by using distributed computing. Basically you allow the scientist to use your computers CPU and GPU while they would otherwise be sitting idle. All it takes is a simple download of the client software and a minor amount of configuration within the software to start.

I constantly monitor temps and if they are 5 - 10 C more than they should be I give the whole rig a clean i.e. removing components and cleaning them separately. I have had my rig for about 9 months now and I have done a full system cleanup twice. I only started folding 4 months ago though and it does get a lot dustier a lot quicker now, which means that I will most likely be doing a full system cleanup more regularly (say every 2 or 3 months instead of the usual 4 or 5). I clean out my rigs dust filters every 1 or 2 weeks depending on how I feel and I use a micro fiber cloth to wipe the dust that gathers inside every now and then.
