It would have made so much more sense to just delay the PC version like GTA 5. Sure it was annoying, but at the end we got an excellent port that was lightyears ahead of the console versions.
Then, more people would have bought it on its release at the higher price rather than now waiting for a few months until the Christmas sale price when everything has been fixed. Either way it would have been the same amount of work for the devs, but this way, there would have been far less backlash and would have made more money by being able to sell the PC version at a higher price.
I've read a couple of reviews now (well, skimmed to the score) and it's not doing too badly with scores of around 8, or 80%. IIRC that's what Mafia 2 scored so I do want it

I never "read" reviews because they are trying their hardest to ruin the best parts of the game. Take stepping out of Vault 101 in Fallout 3 for example. Every reviewer banged on and on about that and whilst I agree it was a spectacular monumental time for gaming having it ruined sucked.
Bugs and glitches are common place, it's how the dev deals with it. You can do everything in your power but nigh on every PC is different in some way or another.
About the only perfect PC game at launch that I can remember was Max Payne 3. However, it was delayed for almost a year to make it that way. Time = money.
Got this installed earlier. Installed the patch and found it a little odd that you have to physically set the FPS range yourself, but once that was done I get around 55-60FPS so far on a Titan X @ 1440p. Graphics are not the best I have ever seen but hey, at least it's playable unlike Deus Ex.
