Hi All,
You guessed it from the title of this post, i am a dumb ass.
Basically i was getting baffled why i could get past HTT 275 x 11 without the system complaining.
System Specs:
FX55 @ 275 x 11 HT x 3 memory (GSkill 2.5-4-4-8 @ 2.8v)
Until i looked at the following memory settings
Memory running 1:1 @ 275 x 11 2.5-4-4-8 @ 1T 2.8v.
You see the problem i had, YES i was trying to run the memory at a CMD 1T not 2T CMD, so a quick change in settings and guess yes you guessed i am now running memtest error free.
btw i will post the link to OCZ's version of memtest later, the difference between the standard memtest & the OCZ memtest is that you can change the memory timings within memtest with out going into the bios first How Cool is that.
Anyway the memory passed 26 tests @ DDR550 WooHoo baby.
L8tr peeps,
