well today was a good day for me because not only did i score 2 sweet office desks for £15 but guess what else i found in the other room which got included in the deal :worship: :yumyum:

a prometia Mach II !!?

ive plugged it in and had it on standy and it seems to work fine,have yet to get it icy,hopefully it will get caked in it

it was underneath a bare stripped case but i found a couple 60mm i think yate loons,a 120mm evercool and a 80mm sunon fans inside the case lol

not bad for an ofice clearance for £15 aye

i will post up some pics of the mach tommorow

yea,when i spotted it i was like omg what a find

i would never of thought to find a phase in an office.

its seems complete minus 1 side cover and the screws for them

not too bad tbh

Think they go around -60 unloaded mate although I was under the impression that they started pulling down as soon as you flick them on..... which isnt a good sign

this thing weighs a crapload,the shipping cost of sending it to nol in the us would be insane i reckon.

i dont plan on using this myself as phase is a bit riskay for my liking.

not unless i do a sheetload of reading and get confident about it but that isnt too likely.

i will probly sell it.

although i just remembered i have an old p4 northwood b core and mobo i could possibly rape with it,could buy some cheapo parts and make a torture rig out of em to test the performance of the mach.

Well the one Toms Hardware had was at -57 under light load but the load handling was rubbish

Id take it in a second if i had any fing money. Just spent it all though...

Im prob not geared up enough to be able to refurb just yet. I mite be able too re-gas it with R290, but i don't have any oil.

Just passed on a PDF of the original user manual to savage, as the controllers are a little funky on these.
