Lost my bios settings for my 2500k on a Z68X-Ud4-B3

Hi there, after a recent BSOD, I have lost my bios setting. Can someone link me the guide used to overclock please. Cant remember what I done as it been so long.

Look at your cpu-z validation link, oh and go for a bit more than 4.3ghz

lol. I dont need to go more then that tbh. Also CPU-Z doesnt tell me the setting in my bios just what I achieved after I done it. Like your thinking though.

Yes it does, you had the multiplier set to 43 and a voltage of 1.344, what more do you need?
