Looking for a decent 23"

Title says most of it, I'm looking for a decent 23" widescreen monitor, preferably for under £150 but I could stretch to £200 if needs be.

HDMI is also a plus.

So far I've seen these:

That's pretty much 22inch LG IPS, but 50 odd quid cheaper, but some people have been experiencing bleeding through the screen. Just a heads up to save you a few pretty pennies

If u are going to use it for gaming, I deeply recommend getting a 120Hz one. When I bought my monitor and saw the difference, it was a magical moment!
