Just looking really close at it, if im not mistaken thats a thermaltacky psu? might be a reason why it on life support?

Nope it's an OCZ ModXstream, if I were Joey117 I'd get rid quick before it fries the system.

Only takes one second to from a testing PSU... To a PSU that makes you rage because another PSU died on you on top killing everything else... So yeah we aren't calm.
In no way I rage about it the psu blow up more the the non-existent warranty but the power supply you're all talking about is so bad has been running since 2009 24/7 in surveillance box it has lasted almost triple the length of time that a Corsair premium brand power supply has I have more faith in thar power supply than any other part of the pc

I once thought that too, mine lasted right through it's warranty and beyond.. I was told repeatedly by the guys here even the Guv pleaded with me to replace it but I didn't, 2 weeks later it went pop and took my GPU, half my memory and an SSD with it.
I can only go from my own personal experience with the OCZ ModXSteam 500W, they are good when they work and maybe your's won't pop.. no one can truly say. But for the sake of a bloody good rig I just wouldn't risk it.

Ok I think this has been taken out of perspective the power supply that is on top of the computer has being powering the computer for a grand total of one two minutes tops it is also had a watt metre attached to a wall so it doesn't over draw Watts and amps and it only turned on long enough to make it to Windows check that was all the RAM was being showning and check the graphics card was being detected correctly after that I took a picture and shut the computer down after that it has not been on whatsoever . I think people of talking this like I'm using this as a daily driver I really am not

If I can get warranty replace my old power supply unit there will be a 1500 watt Corsair AXi power supply going into the computer if I cannot get them to replace it it's going to be a 1200w or if they do it a thousand watt cosrair unit save stripping all the wiring out of the computer
