Lian Li DK-05 desk/chassis hybrid has been officially released

What do I think? I think it's a rip off. 2000BP? Seriously? You could easily make one yourself for far less or hire someone if you aren't good with creating something like this and still pay less.
Probably would get rid of the glass too. I can't stand using glass on a desk. So much maintenance

I dont disagree with the maintenance on glass but honestly? If I am having this type of desk built or building it myself, I want glass on the top to show everything off inside. Otherwise whats the point of the desk at all (my opinion lol) :P

I like Lian-Li cases. And i always liked their approach of style over practicality. But this one is just completely pointless. Their last desk model was completely useless. I think they are getting cocky. We can build rubbish, and sell it for insane money just because we are Lian-Li. They lost themselves.

When you see their case you just crave to have it, yes it is expensive, yes it has annoying features, and it is hardly usable, but it is so good licking, and stylish.

This one is just nah... Who cares...

I've used glass on a desk for years and it is a pain. Moves around a lot, gets dusty so fast, heavy as ****, can chip easy(any glass can). Just not worth it. I'd rather use some scratch resistant plastic.
