bought this HTPC (just because it looked good!) about 3 weeks ago, and in that 3 weeks, i still couldnt come up with a cooling solution......

so, on Monday night, i WC it.....it was a mess, so i gave up.

Tuesday night, i found a Intel Reference cooler, bung it on, and see how wiring goes....it was STILL a mess.....

have a look...

no, it didnt come with that fan controller, i took the USB/FiWi/headphone ports out and bung that in there.

and, if you want one, do PM me for info, otherwise it will give you a hard time.

i'll update more when i've found a better CPU HSF......

that's a really nice case... I could never get myself to fork over the cash for a lian li, but if you're up for it, I'll sit back and admire.

What're the specs of the box?

nice case, though no excuse for the wiring :nono:

I have a silverstone lc11 and I'm pretty sure it's a good couple of inches shallower...though I guess that forced me to route the wires. Normally just shove 'em into the gaps best I can, shut the case and forget it

Next case might well be a lian-li

How have you found the C30?

Does the aluminium chassis aid with cooling much?
