Lian Li have announced their PC-T70 test bench, which can be modified to simulate a closed case test system while still offering unfettered hardware access.

The add-ons from Lian Li are always much more difficult to source than the main bench, the fan bracket add-ons were kind of ridiculous to have separate on past benches...not that they couldn't be fabbed with a press brake and dremel.
