You could try SpecialTech. I know they are able to get LiLi cases...not sure about parts tho..

I can't promise anything but I'll try and ask the UK Lian Li distributors today to see if they do the top panel or if they have a damged case we can have.

Other than that sometimes is worth dropping the company an email, I know Thermaltake (did I just swear?) are normally more than happy to send end users spare bits when they mail in.
