LG launches new 2022 OLED and QNED Mini LED TVs at CES 2022

42" with the Evo panel is a massive win in my book. I would instantly buy it if I actually had a good GPU... Still stuck on my GTX 1080.

Mini LED is awesome but the naming? QNED. Yuck. Also not every new QNED is mini LED either some are the usual Nano Cell... Way to be clear LG.

Don't let that keep you! I recently found the biggest discount I've ever seen on the 55" C1 and bought it! My GPU is a GTX 1050Ti no less... Yes, 2ith AMD’S FSR it can run many modern games upscale to 4k including Forza Horizon 5 but no I'm not doing that I just set the games to run at 1080p 120hz it looks great I don't see upscaling artifacts probably because of the perfect 4x1 pixel ratio.

GPUs are just too damn expensive now so I'm still waiting, but my 1050ti isn't really kepping me from enjoying my C1 OLED. Plus older games can run in 4k but I end up running at 1080p anyways because of the 120hz refresh rate.
