Rumours have began to circulate online on LG's upcoming flagship handset, the LG G4, although the G4 name is not official, its most likely to be a direct follow up from the LG G3 of 2014.
The LG G4 according to Greek website 'Techmaniacs' will boast a 16.0 mega-pixel wide-angle camera at the rear. Its also estimated that the G4 will use Qualcomms upcoming Snapdragon 810 CPU which you can read more about Here. The new CPU should deliver ample power to the handset whatever the final specs will be, and will be the first 20nm mobile 64-bit chip from Qualcomm.
The 16 mega-pixel will have a resolution of 5312x2988 if rumours are to be true, an improvement over last years LG G3 which sported a 13 mega-pixel camera rear facing camera.
The release date of the LG G4 isn't certain at this time but its expected to make an appearance at the Mobile Congress World which puts it less than a year since the release of the LG G3. Usually mobile handsets arrive yearly, but with both HTC and Samsung expected to release their latest flagship mobile handsets in the coming months, LG will need to push the G4 out into the wild if they are to have a chance of taking a large quantity of the market.
More information will be posted here as it arrives so check back regularly. Do you own the LG G3 and will be looking to upgrade to the G4, or will you be switching from another brand and picking up the LG G4? Let us know in the comments below.
