Let`s go shopping for an older mobo

Looking to buy a stop-gap mobo, to fit these existing requirements: (important to keep the existing, and sub £100, sub £75 better)

10/100/1000 LAN (A must)

S939 (either AMD Athlon 64 or X2)

AGP (existing card)

DDR400 (preferably 400 over more than 2 active slots, 2 acceptable - 4g/8g)

SATA (I or II, preferably 4 channels)

Sound not necessary

Standard PCI Slots (2 or 3+)

Chipset VIA K8T800 or above/equiv.

USB (4+ 2.0)

They sorted all the earlier rev problems and it's a mature ass overclocking beast :D
 
MSI K8N Neo2 Plat was THE nF3 board to have back then, so I'll reccomend that. There is a tips & tricks thread over at XS, that has grown to over 150 pages :)

I think that's the board to get if you can still find one.

Ok, subtle upd8..

Sourced a Lanparty, ordered it almost immediately (coz I know these are now pretty rare) - order taken by PCUpgrade *first time using them* - next day delivery on the invoice. Email reply "please keep our email address allowed so we can upd8 u"...

Anywho - 4 days later! - I phone them ala "wtf`s going on", "erm, I`ll look into the order call u back in 10 mins"... 1 hour l8r I phone them back - "erm the one we had in stock was damaged and our warehouse is having an issue getting a replacement as their discontinued".. Me=please cancel the order ffs.

All points aside - one of the first rules in the industry, if you have a problem keep the customer informed. Eff-it, you should keep the customer informed in anycase - ala what Scan do with their orders (bad example, I`m w8ing for an mp3 player from them from almost a month ago, but it`s a new product and I`ve spoken with them).

Phoned some sources, OOS, can`t get any more.

Point of fact is I`m behind schedule on this build, including 4 days thanks to PCUpgrade, I`ll be ordering an ABit AV8, probably with a 3rd Eye, which is going to be another few days delivery of course.

(fact is, if there`s a stock issue with the ABit, I`m going to be stuck with the ECS board from Scan)

EDIT: Point of reference, you can still click the link for the DFI Lanparty U PCUpgrade above and place an order - there is no stock upd8s on the site.
 
The guys on here recommended this one to me. Pretty well meets your reqmts except the onboard LAN is only Fast Ethernet. But, hey, you can get a Gigabit pci card on Ebay for 10 quid these days.
