Lag when Minimizing

whenever i minize firefox or anything for that matter, or maximize, my mouse doesnt move till the window is completely up or down.

heres ex. i want to minize firefox, i click the _, and when i try and move my mouse left i cant until the window is completely down in the task bar.

wtf..

its been happening for a while, just thought i would ask u peeps ;D

Control Panel/mouse, go to the "motion" tab and uncheck the box "dissable acceleration in games", that should do the trick.

There is a way to change the transition from minimized to maximized (and visa versa) from tweened to instantaneous but i cant remember it. That might help though.
