Amazing!! If you don't know already this is the expansion pack for Oblivion.

Ands its great.

I really recommend it to any Oblivion player. An Amazing new faction "The Knights of the Nine" is run by you. Plus new armor and some other cools stuff!

... do you have a 8800gtx??? the avg on oblivion is high for example when your looking at the sky you get like 200fps or more but when you look on the grass you get 14fps (16*10 aa and hdr)

and on darkmessiah maxed everything at 16*10 from x1900xtx to 8800gtx the fps increases 2.5times and more

oblivion is just a crappy built engine

I picked up the wrong end of you stick sorry. I thought you ment in comparisson to other cards, not games.

But in response to that, the game is not poorly made atall. Its a un-fps dependant game. As Morrowind and Daggerfall (the other two ES games i have played) also were. Morrowind will still hammer some of todays cards (not the 8800 i spect) at full settings. And when that came out it had the same complaints. The engine is built for gameplay, story and to make your jaw drop with its graphics.

So yes, you wont be getting 2000000fps like you will in most games. But it just donn't need it.

And do you have a 8800gtx? Do you even have a graphics card?

I find that as long as Oblivion is running above 27FPS it is smooth.

But I am hopeing for a 8800 so I can get a nicer look.. I have modded the config and stuff..

Tbh i find it smooth enough to play at 15-20fps. More is better obviosly, but not nessisary.

i have intel extreme graphics 2!!!. 8800gtx get 17fps (on a 4ghz E6700) on almost max settings at 16*10 when theres alot of stuff but if you look at the sky you get 200+fps

Happens on all games tbh.

Your mate dons't have such a pwnage rig then im affraid. Kemps min FPS was 36 on those settings. Probably a fair bit higher rez im guessing too.

his rig is pwnage for sure. E6700 at 4.0 24/7 4GB xms2 ddr800, raid0 4*150GB raptors,. 1k PC&c that asus xfiremobo p5wdh but he refuses to get 680i and get sli.

ya he benches when the stuff comes out. but then he just keeps them. i get his rejected stuff lol. he plays some new games when they come out like neverwinternights 2. i would be more than satifisfied when he rejects his current rig. all i ever play is cs source.
