So it seems the new and upcoming Kingston Predator DDR4 memory is actually running 1.5 volts according to this review!
So the question remains if running DDR4 RAM on a Haswell-E CPU at 1.5 volts is just asking for trouble? I mean that's 0.3 over the spec and just seems a bit excessive. I'm wondering though if the memory controller in the new CPU's can handle that, or if it could be problematic in the long run.
Anyone got some insights about this? I'm a bit weary of buying these modules with such a high voltage.
