Kanye west dissrespected Taylor Swift at the MTV awards live on stage,

I was open mouthed watching this, Taylor looks gobsmacked afterwards.

What do you lot think?

 
Bang out of order, jumped up P***K I dont really know much about Taylor but you dont dis-someone who has just won an award.
 
complete plonker! and there was me thinking it would be russell brand doing something daft that would be in the media. Just show what an donkey you can be when ****ed.

It was nice of beyonce to let her up and finish her speech.
 
Beyonce letting her up like that is nothing short of epic, just goes to show how down to earth she is. Poor show on Kanye, very poor show, I was gobsmacked thats why I shared the video.

I hope it brings a lot of news listeners to Taylors music tbh
 
The whole show made me laugh after, everytime Kayne was nominated everyone booed :p

He has done this before, when his video touch the sky was nominated and he lost. Then he got into a hissy fit strop and refused to appear on MTV again for a while xD.
 
She's a country singer in the USA. Only 17 years old, so I think as a new-comer, even if others think Beyonce's video was better, obviously a lot of other people thought otherwise.

And I agree with Tom, Beyonce's face during Kanye's outbreak was even overwhelming. She herself couldn't even believe he was saying it! Can't even begin to imagine what was going through poor Taylor Swiftes's mind. :(
 
As much of a c*nt Kanye was/is, Taylor didn't deserve to win. She won due to the fact that all the people voting for a pop act were split up between the others where as Taylor Swift is a country singer so all those fans formed together and voted for her, if tht makes sense (it sounds ok in my head :P). That's just in my opinion :)
 
Point acknowledged. Beyonce's video could (and is...) be better than Ms. Swifts' but if one person got an award all the time for every thing there wouldn't be room for others to contribute to the musical world.

Personally I'm glad she won. I know I could never get an award so big at that age. (possibly because I'm past the age already... but yeah. :p)
 
Yeah that's a very valid point to make, I suppose its nice to see someone new win the award. I still think though the best video deserves to win whether the artist has already won awards before or not.
