I have at last got all of my kit:

The cutting of the case will commence next week...in the meantime....this is my DDC-Ultra P1imped!

Dremel tool guide

One's success with a Dremel is proportional to one's experience with the tool. I would advice you to pick up a stock sheet of Aluminum at your local HW store, and perform a practice run with this first.
