I just joined the Foding Team and im new to folding. Is there anything special i Have to look for? Like what are comfortable Temperatures for my hardware?
Is there like a specia Reward you get after an Amount of points youve folded?

My folding rig:
Amd Athlon 760k @5.1 ghz (air)
Asrock extreme 4+ fm2 matx
Palit Gtx 260 192 @ 700/1512/1150
Msi gtx 260 216 @700/1512/1150
be quiet 500w l8 Psu
4gb ram
1500gb hdd
Silverstone Ps07
Scythe ninja 3 cooler

Greetings from Germany: Willi

Edit:

Im folding now 12k points a day with gpu temps of 50 and 59 degrees at 100%fan speed my cpu is at 42 wich should be ok aswell.

Welcome to the team! There really isn't anything special to learn, and no, there aren't any rewards other than donating to a worthy cause. Temps look perfectly fine.

Thanks for the answers :D But i wanna know what the max temps are i should run because at night 100 percent fanspeed is just a bit loud ;)

ok thanks, i think its not that good to let reference gtx 260s without any mods fold :D because they are getting up to around 95 degrees at 100% fanspeed

Take the side of of the case and place another fan blowing on your card and see how that works...

If you are folding 762x WUs they fold very hot....

The newer Core 17 WUs fold much cooler but require Fermi or newer cards
