The high-end VR gaming market doesn't really exist outside of simulators and the like. All the most impressive or interesting titles atm are indie games and mobile apps with relatively simplistic graphics. If they can bake in support for things like ATW and simultaneous multirendering it should also allow more variation in frame times while cutting rendering costs. While this headsets power might seem weak, it'll likely be able to perform the vast majority of tasks and play most of the games the average consumer expects of it.
