Site Layout, Accessibility, and Connectivity

Jab-Tech's page for the most part is layed out pretty well. They utlize a standard merchant cart feature which does the job nicely. The colors are good and everything is easy to find on the site. The left hand navigation bar is a bit cluttered and can take a few seconds to look through them and find exactly what you're looking for, but they do carry a vast amount of products. Products are listed clearly with good images in each subgroup in the middle of the page which makes it fairly easy to pinpoint what you are looking for. Item descriptions are usually pretty good and provide enough infomation to make an informed decision on your purchase, some sites lack any details, JT does a good job. New and featured products are listed clearly on the front page for easy viewing, I know there have been a couple of times that I've visited and impulse bought stuff that was featured on the front page, this is a great tactic! A lot of the front page items can be tempting
On the right side of the page you will see that you get a brief description of what you have added to your cart which is nice if you're adding a lot of items and you're trying to keep track of it all.
Jab-Tech actually provides a pretty good user control panel for being such a specialty site... In the control panel you can find previous orders, tracking numbers, etc. Which is a lot more than some of the other specialty stores by a longshot. It comes in really handy when you're away from your computer and don't have your tracking number, you can logon from any remote computer and quickly track your package.
To me, Jab-Tech's servers seem to be subpar... I don't remember a time going to JT and having lightening fast page loads, always takes a few seconds for the pages to load. This could be different for other users that are based closer to the server, but for me, it's a pretty slow site. Reliable? Yes. I have yet to see the page be down completely.
Product Selection and Pricing

Jab-Tech carries a great range of parts at outstanding prices, there's no two ways about it! At Jab-Tech you won't find standard internal computer parts, they're a specialty cooling and enhancement store. This means you're going to find a great range of watercooling parts, extreme cooling systems (TEC, Phase Change), and a nice array of heatsinks. JT carries a good amount of high-end fans as well, but if you're looking for the best of the best, head on over to Sidewinder!
The prices at Jab-Tech are fantastic, even after factoring in shipping. You can usually find watercooling parts at JT at lower prices than anywhere else which is a huge plus if you're system is wc'd or your looking at building up a new system. Shipping prices are great, and there are many shipping options to choose from, let's take a look at all of that now
Shipping & Transit Time

JT's shipping department is above average. Most orders are shipped same day as long as they are ordered before a reasonable hour in the afternoon. I've placed orders with them as late as 5pm and had them arrive at my door the next day when using UPS Next Day Air. Shipping prices are fair, they're definately not making up any losses in the shipping prices which is good. They have many different options ranging from UPS to USPS and they SHIP INTERNATIONALLY! Kempez815 ordered a fan from them and got it like 3 days later in the UK... I'd say that's pretty darn good!
Returns (Refunds & Exchanges)

Jab-Tech doesn't feature an online RMA system and I wouldn't expect them too. I personally have never had to RMA any parts with Jab-Tech but I hear their support staff is as good as it gets! Replacements ship same day as old parts are received from what I hear and they never have a problem replacing parts for any specific reason.
Conclusion
Overall Jab-Tech is an awesome shop to buy cooling gear and accessories for your hot rig! The prices are good, the shipping is outstanding, and the service is nothing but the best. Definately have a look around the site if you're trying to find that one "special" part to make your system complete!
