Its finally out and Im glad I didnt buy it

The Asrock extreme 11 x79 has been released at nice small cost of £479.99 on scan. Well glad didnt hold my breath tthough reviews say it is amazing still costs way to much. Does anyone think its worth the cost?

In my personal opinion no single socket motherboard is worth that money no matter how many features it has on it. I would look at something like the Gigabyte X79S-UP5 or the Asus Rampage IV Extreme if I had that kind of money to spend as they would provide a good saving and offer a similar feature set.

Bit 3d rendering bit OCing high end gaming, and storage. Bit all round.
