Is this Ram decent for overclocking?

I'm wondering if this RAM is gunna make overclocking a nightmare?

That pic really doesn't give any information other than that the RAM is currently running DDR-400, and with rather high timings tbh. Post some shots of the SPD and CPU tabs, as those are much more informative.
