Is my current PSU suitable for 8800/Quad etc?

Im upgrading my PC in the coming weeks to a Quad core (Q6600) and to a 8800 GTX/Ultra. Im not sure wether my current PSU can handle this, as its only 580w.

If it cant handle it, what would you recommend? I must stress that i dont have a "big" budget for a PSU - so the cheaper, the better.

I was gonna buy the blue one but decided on black at the last minute for that reason... Tis v nice!
