Is MSI GAMING APP good enough?

Well i just got my msi gtx 760 gaming edition and im using the gaming app and i think i will always let it be at "Gaming Mode" everytime my pc is open... (and i let it open all day and night most of the time... dont know if it a good or bad thing.... but yeah) so is this mode a good "oc" on the card already? or should i put the OC mode on gaming app to get better performance? (I never oc a gpu so i dont ill do it from now >.< im a newbie at it ahah)

PS: I leave my pc 24/24 alot of time for like 3~5 days before shut it down for like 1 night...
PS2: Does changing the mode with the gaming app alot of time like 1~3 time per days can damage the gpu? >.< help pleasee
PS3: is the Gaming app a good "oc" app?

I dont think its been out that long dude tbh.

But from what Ive seen so far its a program for beginners or lazy people. I certainly would never use the OC mode because Id rather manually set it unless it allows you to save custom BIOS settings?

That app is meant to be linked to the CPU too but its obviously still not ready, thats what I thought you meant.

I have a last thing to ask is the Gaming Mode (on the app) is the default speed/spec of the msi gtx 760 gaming card?
