Not familiar with the game but I'm assuming you have all the bells and whistles in Windows XP on. Windows XP can run on 256mb of memory, but 512 and above is better. Is that onboard graphic you're running or a dedicated card?

i cant be sure what that means by a dedicated card? all i know is it is the card that came with the computer, and it has 64mb and only 28mb is used at the time the game is up.

i am using double the virtual memory on 2 different tasks than the ram memory probably meaning that the ram memory ran out and had to use the virtual and virtual memory is like generic memory right?..

could this be why i am lagging in games? but although the computer and internet run like normal even when the game is running/but when i maximize the game the mouse lags and the whole screen too.

are there any startup processes that are deletable while on the game? no money to buy memory..if you have any ideas that could speed this game that would be awesome

The game says it needs more RAM than you actually have, so id guess that would cause lag in a game.

This looks like the machine you have.

It has an integrated graphics card and only 256mb main memory. An integrated graphics card uses some of your main memory, in your case up to 64mb which leaves you with as little as 192mb main memory.

There are 2 main things you can do to make it run faster but both of them require money.

1. Buy more memory and install it OR have emachines upgrade your memory for you. Go to 512 at least, 1gb preferrably.

2. Buy a dedicated* graphics card. It seems your machine only has 1 PCI slot and no AGP or PCI-E slots. I haven't bought a PCI graphics card for years but someone here might be able to suggest a cheap option.

i would have to say i need some more ram. i cant believe though the machine is set up to hold 40 of these games with the space but cant hold 1 of them with the memory it has. I guess this computer wasnt meant for gaming, but have installations for people that want to. so i will get some more ram, dont know when though but when i do i will post here and let everyone know how the game is going.

For now though i need a free non lagging game, if thats possible, if anyone could suggest some cool games that i could run with these settings, then let me know, i definetly would put this game on hold for now for a better game that uses less memory than 256mb of ram. if you have suggestions let me know, and thanks alot for the help.
