Is GPU overclocking worth it?

Hi

I am folding on my gaming system when I am not using it. Its a i7 4790k@ 4.5 Ghz with a EVGA GTX980 video card. Currently I get about 360k points per day on this machine if running a whole day. I have not attempted to GPU overclock yet only CPU. Is GPU overclock worth it for folding?

Generally GPU OC on a good card will increase PPD 10 to 15% or so, I like to OC GPU to max F@H stable clocks without raising the default V.
