Has Epic finally started breaking even or making a profit on these weekly free games that have been around since EGL launched?

If i recall, last years free games were actually really good ones.

Last time I heard from Gamers Nexus video on this, I highly doubt it... seeing as they were billions in debt, if I'm not mistaken. On top of this they were in an legal battle with another giant company, as well as having their construction site on hold due to ecnomical reasons due to all of this. They weren't exactly making an profit in the beginning on these, rather loosing money from the get go and hence doubt it this time around...
