Internet Explorer For 30 Seconds

there is only one site i know of that does not function properly in Firefox and that is the postal site for Australia. So I have to use IE for that.

So I click IE and here is what happens.

Spybot S&D gives me 3 messages about registry changes

Spybot gives me 2 messages about homepage changes

Spybot gives me a message about a Browser toolbar.

I deny all of these.

MS Antispyware asks if i want to allow browser homepage changes/toolbars etc and i deny changes.

I finally get onto the website and am on it for no more than 30 seconds. I close it down and I now have 3 icons on my desktop saying "Got Anal" "Wild Petite Girls" and "Celebs Naked". I run an adaware scan (it is fastest) and I have 30 tracking cookies which were not thr before. I scanned 5 minutes earlier.

God, this is why I use firefox and dont turn back.

Yea man, firefox rocks. IE is the biggest load of :jerkit: in the world. I have some spyshit on my machine that only ever fires up if i launch IE. Firefox is safe as houses.

I need to format actually. Mmm

i hate formatting. i always think that this is gonna be the time that it doesnt work and i get stuck with no cmputer. lmao!!

hahah yea i know how you feel. it used to happen to me all the time on a laptop. I know have mastered the art of intalling. Piece of p$$S :)

Yeah well my IE isn't too bad. Certainly no girls girls girls.

My AV and Firewall stop all that.

Blessed be CA Trust EZ firewall!!

You using SP2?

I use firefox for almost all but I keep IE as the default browser for windows programs to load thier auto-update in. And for another forum that I use - it doesn't like Firefox.

But yeah - I use firefox 99.9% of the time - just like now.

Firefox= :worship:

ie suks monkey balls firefox l the way :D

y did u use that crap , only fing i use it 4 is to check my hotmail from msn message

I'd use FireFox but it would need some serious changing. Like the order of the "Open in New Window/Tab" right click menu things. Who the hell decided to put it that way round?!

And there's no default support for mouse gestures, something that pisses me off endlessly, and all the gesture extensions I've tried either cause crashes, or just work like s**t... piss poor performance. The only thing good about it is the looks and the speed/reliability in security and browsing pages. But that's not enough... sometimes I think they should pay a little attention to Maxthon.com's browser and steal the good bits from there, that browser is my choice over Firefox any day.

i don't use neither firefox or IE. Firefox is way better than IE. I use opera altough you have alot of Ads ( unless you buy it or crack it :D ). but it looks better than firefox and it's still very secure

oops just forgot. anyway it's still gr8 and better than firefox and IE6 for me that's why i use it. BTW mine is LEGAL!! :)

Hahaha no problem. A few people forget we just have to mention because of the advertising.

I have never used opera. I have always used firefox. I love it :D .

Opera runs off java I think... it is very nice indeed! Still doesn't beat Maxthon though... *cough*...

dont fink so it does cause it uses an exe file

that doesnt make a difference in a java application. limewire uses an exe but all the exe does is look up the .jar file. its a security thing.
