dat BCLK yo!

Safe to say it has exceeded my expectations, i wasn't expecting much to be honest.

I very very very interested to see how the pro's do with overclocking

I'm more interested to see 6700k vs 5820k, for people looking to upgrade now these two are right at the same price point.

My immediate reaction to seeing a £300 price tag for the 6700K was the check the price of the 5820K. Is that the RRP or is there some initial price gouging going on? Intel will end up cannibalising their own sales if they are not careful.

As Gibbo of OCUK said on the mini review they did -

"X99 is the superior platform and now DDR4 has come down so much I am failing to see the attraction of the new Skylake platform......"

Draw your own conclusions from that ;)

Can't link it due to forum rules but that's the basics of it.

Great review once again

But please stop overfeeding your cat :)

Oh and I'd love to see a comparison between a 6700K and a 4770K both with the same 980ti running BF4 at 1920/ultra please - be interested in if it's worth the cost to upgrade for me - cheers.
