Hi guys, im running an old core 2 duo and ive got from 2.2Ghz (stock) to 3Ghz. i was just wondering if anyone else has managed to beat me.

There were a few benches around the traps with chips around the 3.2 to 3.6 mark. Feeding lotsa volts though. On a good board, 1 stick of loosened ram you should be able to go a bit higher.

ive seen a video of a guy whos managed to get it to 3.2Ghz but thats it.

at 3Ghz im running seeming low volts and its not all that hot for a CPU. ive never used a volt meter to confirm my voltages though, i just gone by what the bios and cpuz says
