Instability

recently had a dodgy bios flashing incident

managed to get around that and my motherboard is working again, but not my pc is unstable

prime 95 fails quite quickly, superpi gets 2 different errors (one about SQR05 and ive forgotten the other)

i had a 30minute burst of memtest and that didnt find any quick errors but i might try leaving that running while i sleep

ive also flashed back from the new bios to bios 310 (DFI nf4 ultra-d)

does anyone have any ideas as to what could have caused this instability and how to fix it?

EDIT: just realised the 310 bios wasnt the one i was on before, ive now flashed to the 623-1 bios, i THINK this is the exact one i was on before these problems occured, time to test

ive (sort of) fixed my problem, without going into detail...basicly my ram wont do 1T anymore, tried both sticks on there own and together and when set to 1T they get errors pretty quickly, but on 2T there flawless

which is strange because before i had this bios flash problem they ran fine at 1T :?

My DFI wont do 1T timings either.. im unsure why and havent really looked into it. Have you tryed any other bios's??
