insane voltage fluctuation

I'm running my 1045t X6 AMD Phenom II almost all things stock just as picture below with difference that I put Cpu voltage to 1.25v.

I just logged my gaming session and the voltage is around 1.27v-1.44v FSB 170-200, I'm not sure if this is healty and normal and the CPU speed is around 2900MHz, 2750-3100

I cant remember the name of the setting, but in your BIOS there is a setting that does that automatically. You can disable it (if its anything like my gigabyte board). I have mine enabled i go from 1.44 to 1.53.
