I can't decide on what case I want for my Christmas upgrade.

Lian Li PC7 PLUS

Silverstone TJ04B

The max price for a case is about £65 but willing to stretch to around £70. Side windowed preferably. Antec nine hundred is a possibilty but not too keen on all the fans and i'm going to watercool this so no need for it.

What about an Aspire X-Cruiser it has a window, removable motherboard tray and looks quite nice. Cheap aswell.

i'm a li li fan so that would get my vote :)

just got my Fiance a PC7 recently and she and i both love it :) it was excellent to build in, an amazing quality case :)

it's black though where as the one you want is silver.

still its brilliant :) a real winner

You'd prob be happy with either tbh. Ive got 2 lilis here and theyre both fantastic.

Never own a silverstone (YET!) though.
 
the TJ04 and PC7 look the same except the PC7 has a fan at the front.. If I could get a PC7+ in black i'll be all over it :D
 
you won't want the x-cruiser if you're planning to stick an 8800 in it unless you want to remove some of the drive bays (you might be able to get by with just not using the top 2 drive bays, but I wouldn't count on it)

I'm not sure if it could hold a res, a pump and a rad inside of it...but if you build another air cooled rig I'd look into the x-cruiser again.

Ah ok thanks. I'm getting Mark (Special Tech) to see what the quote is for the Lian li PC7+ BLACK. They are more rare than the silver so.. we'll see how it goes :p
 
oooo we have a battle here lol.. but can the silverstone get a window installed? just to show off the coolness of the pc to my friends without opening the case lol
 
Ok sorry for double post, but Mark has got me a deal but prices keep going up and down. Lian Li PC7 PLUS black for £59.99 :D
 
i've only ever taken one pic, as its the pc downstairs, that i built mainly for my gran, so she can play solitaire...but yeh

I've decided this PC is gonna last me years to come so I might aswell get a nice full tower case..
