I had the same thing only had Corsair TwinXpro PC4000 in it instead of OCZ. Clocking on the K8Vse isn't as easy as a board with locks but I'll try to run u thru how i did mine.

First move the SATA's onto the promise SATA RAID controller because this has it's own bus speed and doesn't run off the PCI bus, which means it won't go flakey as quick. Put the AGP voltage up a notch, CPU core up a little, and then up the FSB about 2Mhz a time. I know these doesn't seem like much but the 754 CPUs fall over themselves quick if there are no locks. If your on air cooling watch the temps cos these chips do like to get a little toasty while OCd :D.

When you up the FSB due to the lack of locks on the board the AGP and PCI will go up, so watch out for corruption on the HDD's which is why I say use the Promise controller. Fiddle with the RAM timings if you feel you want to but I found once I hit a speed, fiddled and tried for more it wouldn't go any further. I got my 3200+ to 2.2Ghz before it fell over its ****, which is 220FSB.

Hope that helps slightly.
