Hello every body,

I am interested to see my fellow enthusiasts experiences with Intel's marvellous i7 5820k and decided to create a thread..

What overclocks you guy's have been able to achieve and you're temps as well as system specs and performance..

My 5820k is Overclocked to 4.2ghz right now with 1.266v:http://imgur.com/994QlKU

My temps are great using a Deepcool Lucifer with 2x Corsair 140mm fans connected via Molex so they run 100% all the time (I prefer better temps).. Previously I had a Corsair H110i GT AIO but it leaked but I was lucky to catch it in time, has any body else had this problem??? I also have a Noctua NHD-15 but decided to try out the Deepcool Lucifer for a while, I don't need to say how good the NHD-15 is.. I've noticed that Deepcool coolers aren't used as much as lets say a Coolermaster air cooler but they are actually pretty good for the money, the Lucifer cost me $52AUS and the NHD-15 cost me $110.. I have also tested it on my AMD build that has an FX9370 in it and my temps are great, never goes over 46*c while gaming.. I recommend it to anybody that wants a good cheap air cooler..

I use Coolermaster Jetflo 120mm case fans and I run them at 70% constantly, they are not that loud at all and I find them to be of excellent quality also their pretty cheap when compared to Noctua's offerings..

I use an MSI x99a Gaming 7 motherboard, super great board with excellent features and it looks beautiful.. I had a Gigabyte x99 Gaming 5 board before this one but I had problems with it such as I couldn't get it to recognize my second card in SLI and I had bios related problems which is a shame because I really liked the look of the board.. Does any body else reading this own a Gigabyte x99 board and did you experience similar problems?

I have 16gb of Kingston Hyper X Fury 2400mhz ram that I run at 2400mhz, I found that Haswell-E chips don't respond well to anything over 2666mhz, if anybody else experienced this let me know please?

I also have 2x Asus Poseidon GTX780's (Soon to be replaced with a single Titan X) and I have overclocked them to 1298mhz, any body else own a 780 because I am interested to know how far you have been able to overclock it? They run all games maxed out at 1440p at over 60FPS in games that support SLI, all in all I'm pretty happy with them and how they perform..

For my PSU I have a Corsair RM850i which in my opinion is an excellent PSU, the fan hardly ever spins and when it does it isn't loud at all (Not that loud fans bother me)..

For storage I have 1x Kingston 240gb SSD NOW drive as my primary boot drive, its not the fastest SSD available but honestly it is pretty good for the money it costs, I'm actually buying another one soon.. For primary games storage I have a Western Digital Black 1tb HDD, I have had and have several WD drives and had no problems with them, For secondary storage I use a Western Digital Blue 4tb HDD, I'm going to add a second one soon..

For my case I have a Corsair 750D, in my opinion it is a great looking case because I'm a bit of a minimalist when it comes to cases.. I was going to go with an NZXT H440 but decided to get the 750D because again I'm a minimalist when it comes to cases..

That's about it guy's, I would appreciate it if you all post your specs and overclocks so we can have a discussion regarding our love for hardware..

Thanks.. Regards: Alex
