today i got my cpu & mainboard and will overclock next days.
i also plan on deledding the i7 4770k because intel still fails in production.

Looking good! I have the same board but bought the 4670k.

As for delidding, I wish I could do the same but I will be honest, I don't have the balls! I'm getting stuck at 4.5GHz due to temps.

its my old G.Skill ram i bought years ago for my i7 2600k ^^

4,5 ghz is stable now but i cant push higher. i dont know maybe after delidding i hope to get to 4,8 ghz

the Core Voltage on his CPU-Z isnt true and if the screenshot isnt fake i would say he used LN2 to cool the cpu.
my temps on OCCT are from 60-75 and with AVX enabled about 90 i think but it stopps at 85°C

What frequency is your uncore running?

standard, i dont use turbo boost or energy savings

I don't use turbo and I disabled C3 and C6 but since enabled I get a little more performance from it. Uncore is at 3800MHz. I can boot 4.8GHz and benchmark with various tools and even run OCCT (at 90c) but I can not prime95 it at all, anywhere from 4.2GHz up, it will not prime. Delid and custom loop is tempting as I could put 1.5-1.6v through it

i can cinebench @ 4,7 ghz and 4,7 ghz uncore with 1.36V

vice. it took about 15 seconds and after that 20 min cleaning
it was really easy, a few hits and after that i could pull it off with my hands

yes CLU and for the voltage regulators noctua NT-H1
i dont know if i need something else. the heatsink now sitts on the die and doesnt touch the pcb anymore. is that ok?

on 4,5 ghz about 15-20°C its hard to tell i have over 30°C room temperature today

on 4,5 ghz @ 1,27V my max now is

Core #0 63°C
Core #1 66°C
Core #2 65°C
Core #3 60°C
