i5 4670K - MAXIMUS VII GENE - Overclock help

Main Computer Specs:
CPU - Intel Core i5 4670K
Motherboard - MAXIMUS VII GENE
Ram - Corsair 8GB DDR3 2400Mhz
PSU - Corsair AX860i
GPU - ASUS 660ti

I am relatively new to overclocking and was wondering if someone here could help me. Will be much appreciated.

I wanting to overclock my cpu. I used the on-board tuner feature. It puts it to 4.5ghz but would keep blue screening on boot up. Anyone else here who maybe have overclocked the same or similar hardware be able to share you overclock.

Thats not how overclocking works. Each cpu is different.
