Looking at the Yonah's on Newegg I just realized that they are advertising them as Socket 478 and not noting that they won't actually work in current 478 mobo's.

Wonder how many uneducated people have bought the Yonah Core Duo's and then tried to use them on 478 boards and wondered why it wouldn't work?

I mean if you didn't know what we did you'd probably just add it to the cart* (edit typo) thinking it would work... Newegg should add a note or change the socket listing IMO as it's very misleading.
 
I would imagine we will start seeing some pop up in retail shops in the next week to two weeks perhaps.

Fingers crossed for some good boards!
