Well I have been watercooling my rigs for a while now and was hoping to get my new project running on WC but well it turned out I couldn't do it as I wanted so I ended up installing the default Intel CPU fan cooler, my old zalman GPU fan cooling system (on 5V),a 92mm papst fan on the side panel and 2 x 120mm on the front and back of the case...

The PC is virtually silent compared to my watercooled shuttle and I got amazing temps on everything

CPU core1: 31C

CPU core2: 33C

MB: 28C

System: 34C

HDD:34C

Those idle temps are 8 to 10C less than what I have in my watercooled shuttle... Couldn't check load temp yet...

Go figure!!!???

My question is, do you think I will decrease my temp more with watercooling (in a newer, bigger case), by how much? Is it really worth it or not!?

Its going to depend on the caliber of parts you use to watercool with... If you buy crap parts and a small rad you will see worse temps. If you buy quality parts and a suitable sized radiator you should see a good decrease in temps over what you see now.

Thanks frag, I beleive I bought some pretty good WC parts for my current project, so I think I will give it another try in a new case so I can mount everything more easily than on the case I just used.

I have to agree that my watercooling in my shuttle is far from being the best, mostly passive watercooling with only a small 80mm rad ;) But it was doing a good job keeping all my temps in a reasonable range...
