I've been mass buying PCs for work the last 2 weeks. They were going to be purchased slowly throughout the rest of the year, but pretty much all my vendors/suppliers have said to expect costs to rise 10-40% by May. What a joke.

Hopefully companies open production facilities in the US, Will get around the tariffs and also create jobs.

Even if you can build a factory during Trumps term in the White House instead of doing the more rational thing by waiting for him to die, where are you going to find qualified workers who will work there for pennies? You realize that the only reason why things made in other parts of the world are cheap is because of the cost of labor and other associated costs related to work safety etc. You can't pay American workers that low and you can't make them work in a dangerous environment unless you scrap all the relevant work safety regulations. So no, US factories won't magically make things cheaper. Not to mention that the US still needs to import raw materials from other countries. And those raw materials are also being hit with tariffs. This whole tariff thing is so stupid.
