Hynix receives DDR3 validation from Intel

Hynix Semiconductor announced it has received validation on its DDR3 memory components and modules from Intel. So no doubt we can expect something from them shortly in support of BearLake.

I was hoping the announcements of DDR3 would be quite praise-filled and etc.. but the readings people are offering (qualified or not) are that it`s nothing to get excited about.

Maybe they`re jumping the gun and comparing it too much with immediately produced offerings and not considering the types of DDR3 that are on the horizon.
