HX for my cascade

So I just got a heat exchanger for my cascade project coming up. I've finally decided I'm gonna make one if it kills me (and my credit card) as soon as I can.

No serious rush, but I'm gonna need to buy what I can when it's cheap, so I've ordered one of these heat exchangers from someone.

What you think? It's a 1/2 ton coax condenser, and should make a very nice interstage HX I think :D

I'm still not sure if I'm gonna go autocascade or 2 stage, but this will simplify my life to no end, as a good HX is hard to build.

Rated to 450psi for refrigerant, so should do nicely...

Gray old boy lemme know where an how much I had a site that sold em but lost it grrrrrrr as thats all I need to start mine as well kind of :)

They can also be used in water chillers :)

Yeah, I'm used to seeing the chiller ones but when I saw the spec was 450psig for the loop, I knew it would work well for this. I'm used to seeing them water rated, but not refrigerant rated.

I'll pm ya :D
