First of all I recommend that you have ATI Tool .23 installed.
Load up ATI Tool.
Select settings button (bottom right), this will bring up a new window.
On the drop down box select startup.
Select: "Every time ATI Tool is launched, load profile", this will then allow you to enter the name of your profile in the box below.
Select: "Load on windows start-up via" (you can choose either of the 3 options in the box below it)
You can also select the box at the bottom (When loaded via windows startup, exit after loading above profile)
