how do u get the most out of your 6800 ultra

right like the title says i just got my 6800 ultra and am trying to get my benchmarks up for 3dmark03 i got just below 12k and for aquamark i got just over 50 k i have been told that the average score for this card on both benchmarks are 18k and 65k is this right or is it just people milking the cow to much

A propar score of 18K with a 6800U is damn high, could be #1 on orb, not sure about aquamark, I never use that.

lol bennah your not far from were i live, i have 2x raptors 36gb,p4c800-e deluxe mobo,1gb geil pc3200, p4c 2.8ghz @default and the gpu of course

My 2.8 and 6800 got just under 12K stock I think. Then got 13122 with the card at 464/1210.

Yeah 18K is the No1 on ORB VR-Zone team and they got over 100K in AquaMark aswell with the same card! Cascade cooled!

so would u say my scores of 12k and 50k are about right then for this card or could i get better scores its just i dont no if the settings are right for the card ie in the digital display section ????? any tips

i'd say there pretty much on the button running 3200xp at stock on loose ish timings but running the 6800u at 450/1240 i got 55K aqua mark 12K and abit on 3dmark, though odly enough i hardly got any improvemment on 3dmark2001SE, only ran it once maybe it was somthing i didnt set or maybe theres no real optimisation to the card for those aspects, dunno but it whips along alot faster in my dx7 8 9 games with eye candy.

Cowboy, my system is similar to yours and at stock speeds on the GPU I was getting about the same score as you just under 12k in 3dmark2003 and 52k in Aquamark. I've now flashed the card with the 450/1200 bios Phil put up here now the card is @ 474/1.29 and I'm getting 13512 in 3dmark2003 and 69066 in Aquamark. Oh by the way my card is watercooled.
