hot water

hmm, not really, not in electricity etc, and the cooling performance will be pants...

I would have CPU and NB in one loop, with GFX and all the other stuff in another.

It should lower temps between 5 -10 degrees C..

wat do u mean "pants". i dont pay the electric bill so no worries there (like adding a tec would matter, my rig pulls .3Kw as it is lol) i'll have to look and see since i have to buy a pump, splitters and fittings to make a complete second loop.

Well, an 80w tec will barely do anything....

.3kw is also very minimal, you dont seem to know figures that well, I expect most rigs on the forum are around 250w, with some upto 1kw, myn being around 400w.

Why do you use splitters? your just making it awkward, splitting doesnt actually help..

parallel is better than series as each part is hit with the cooled liquid instead of the 1st part gets cooled and the parts that follow are cooled less and less the further down the loop u go. and lets try not to insult my intelligence i may not know everything about computers but nor do i claim to that said the tec isnt ment to get the temps sub ambient just help the rads cool it better.

"hardware cooling expert"

Im sorry but you do...

Erm, parralel doesnt really help, since equlibrium means that pretty much the whole loop is the same temperature, so each block gets the same amount of cooling. People argue it, but there is no proof that parralel helps, up to you, but I would get another pump :) I dont mean to insult you, just tryna help.

Not sure how your rig pulls 3kw as you only have a 650watt supply. Splitting the loop will be the best plan as you will be able to use a rad for each.

I think what is happening is at cool boot everything is running at good temps. But once you start working on the rig the temps of the water rises and the rad just cannot cope with it. So you get your temps.

But once your temps are fine.. so really you could just leave it. ;)

So Messy :eyes:

HA HA HA HA!!! messy isnt the word, talk about serious flow restriction, travelling to the centre of the earth would be more easily navigated then this.

DUDE!! Take out some parts, or make it into 2 loops....

Edit, PP, love the new avatar

1st the combined heat dissapation for the rads is 3kw meaning since the comp is only producing roughly half that the temps shudnt be this high. 2nd any experienced enthusiest will tell u temps higher than stock on a water loop is far from fine especialy when oc'ing.
