Hot running 3770k @ 4.4Ghz C.V. 1.184V

I think i've got a Hot Runner.
My Rig is:
Corsair Obsidian 650D
i7 3770K @ 4.4GHz Core V 1.1840V @ 100% Load
Z77 Mpower
G.Skill Ripjaws @ 2.4GHz
Sapphire 7950OC with Aquacomputer Waterblock @ 1.1/1.3 GHz
Corsair AX850 rev 2

Custom Cooling loop

Alphacool Repack Dual Laing D5 -Dual 5,25 Bay

Alphacool NexXxoS XP³ Light - Acetal Edition

D5 Alphacool VP655Pump

Alphacool NexXxoS XT45 Full Copper 240mm, Rooftop, 2 x Swiftech Helic 120 PWM in Pull with Shrouds.

Phobya Extreme 200 v.2, Front, 1x Bitfenix Spectre Pro 200 in Pull with Shroud.

10/13 Tubing

Mayhems X1 UV Blue Coolant

If I run OCCT I got:

1. 60°C
2. 75°C
3. 67°C
4. 68°C

Idle is:

1. 32°C
2. 32°C
3. 28°C
4. 34°C

My GPU runs 40°C and the VRM's 45/39 und full load while Benching with Furmark.



Im out of ideas, because I reapplied the thermal paste (MX-4) a few times (tried Dot and X application) and I got still the Temps of of my pre installed H100, with Akasa Apaches in P/P.


Maybe some one have some ideas for me.
