Apparently on further reading at the Corsair site, Corsair are giving rebates to dealers, looks awd-it have managed to scoop a batch of rebated RAM.

:wavey:NB. Don't forget to check your mobo can support this RAM as it's PC8500. A visit to Corsair's site will tell you by using the compliant RAM tool. Just enter your mobo into it and it will list all compatible RAM.

Edit: just had a look on their site, they have some great prices. Makes me wonder what i'd be giving up...

Their external HDDs are a very good price. Might have to get 750GB with firewire.

I picked up some of this, can't for the life of me get it running at 1066MHz though.

That brings the dominator in line with the price of the Ballistix 1066. Personal perference really.

MY Ballistix are great.

Currently running 1134mhz, at 4-4-4-12. on 2.4v

Actively cooled obviously.

How long did they last? I didn't see much performance increase from my corsair that was running at 945mhz. So may sell them while they still work.

Damn good deal, sadly the PC8500 I have in right now is Crucial Tracer, and being a picky git for 4gb (I have 2 ATM) I want all matching but still a great buy, what exactly is a rebate though? Old stock getting reduced? :S
