Hi there. I'm Matt.

I've read a lot on this forum over the years but only just got round to joining

I'm mainly into case modding and building workstation type pcs.

My current rig consists of:

Modified but still rubbishy steel case (unbranded)

Asus Commando motherboard

Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 (G0 stepping) @ 2.66GHz

Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro

MSI Nvidia 7900GTX

4GB OCZ Platinum (PC2-6400)

1 x Samsung 500GB HDD

500w Antec NeoHE PSU

Running Windows Vista Ultimate and Ubuntu 8.10

Realising the case was still a bit rubbish I've just ordered a gunmetal Hiper Osiris case. I haven't seen many real pictures of the gunmetal version so fingers crossed it'll look as good as I'm expecting.

P.S. Anyone here from West Yorkshire? :wavey:

Nah not yet. I've dismantled my current system and given everything a spring clean ready to transfer to the new case. Hopefully it'll arrive tomorrow. I've got some blue/red cathodes on the way as well. I'll try and get some pics on here before next weekend.

Hey guys. Just a quick update.

I know I said I'd have the build finished by now but... those cathodes I ordered came without an inverter, so I had to post everything back to get a replacement Oh well.

The osiris arrived in one piece thank goodness, and I'm pleased to say looks rather good. Once I've got all the cables tidied up I'll get some pics on here. Promise.
